Vitamin B 3 - a star skincare ingredient
Natural skincare products are often made with a lot of vitamins. My products contain B3 and B5.B 3 is becoming a star ingredient in many skincare products. Today I want to discuss why adding B3 to skincare products is beneficial.
B3 is also known as niacin. B vitamins are known for being beneficial for our nervous system. B vitamins also keep the skin healthy. Adding B3 to skincare products have many benefits.
You have more than likely have heard of niacinamide. Niacinamide is a form of B3 just like niacin is. B3 and niacinamide have similar benefits. That is why you will see many different serum and moisturizers made with B3 and niacinamide. B3 is a water-soluble B vitamin. It is one of the eight necessary B vitamins.
